A quick lens test from @dzofilm 20-70 T2.9. Overall, this lens ticks all the boxes for me. It's not super sharp but I stay away from sharp lenses anyways. Built like a tank at 2.5lbs and truly is a cinema lens. Love the fact that it’s parfocal as well! The T2.9 all the way through the zoom range is nice and it pairs perfectly with my BMPCC4k. Shot with the Bmpcc4k. Mostly shot in ProRes DCI at 24 & 60fps. Couple shots in HD 120fps. There is a little distortion at 12mm. But I am loving these files and the color science! Insanely easy to grade. Simple CC with SAT @ +25 & custom LUT. Everyone should know by now that battery life sucks but there are so many options now to power it up. Stop complaining that it's not full frame or the screen doesn't tilt & etc. It's a cinema camera for $1295. Filmmakers solve problems and find solutions.
